Shandong's Renowned Brands in the Industrial Chain | Shandong Is Building a Hub for Innovative Robot Applications

The industrial chain is an important carrier for the development of modern industries, and brands are the core indicators of industrial competitiveness. As a perfect integration of cutting-edge technology and modern industry, robots represent a key focus for the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing sector. In recent years, Shandong has seen the emergence of a number of robotics enterprises, which are shining examples of renowned brands nurtured by the province's three-trillion-yuan equipment industry.

In order to further cultivate and strengthen the robotics industry across the province, in June this year, 25 departments, including the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, jointly issued the Three-year Action Plan for High-quality Development of the Robotics Industries in Shandong Province (2025-2027). The plan proposes to strive for the scale of the province's robotics manufacturing industry to exceed 50 billion yuan by 2027 and aims to build four major robotics industry development hubs in Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, and Jining.
