Binzhou, Shandong: Implement Global Development Action Plan among Local Businesses with a Focus on 11 Key Industrial Chains

In recent years, Binzhou City in Shandong Province has embraced a city development philosophy centered on "creating a pro-business environment that prioritizes enterprise and entrepreneur satisfaction," supporting businesses to expand, strengthen, and achieve sustainable growth.

The city has positioned investment attraction as a top priority, concentrating on attracting investments and launching projects across 11 key industrial chains. The city has encouraged enterprises to go public at a faster pace, becoming the first in the province to establish direct cooperation and services with all three major stock exchanges in China. Currently, 10 local companies are listed domestically or overseas.

Furthermore, Binzhou has vigorously implemented the global development action plan, encouraging businesses to go global for market expansion and development momentum. This effort has led to the cultivation of 1,612 enterprises that have shown impressive performance in foreign trade, with 67 products ranking first in China and 16 leading globally in terms of either output or market share. Meanwhile, the city has implemented brand story discovery initiatives and cultivated high-quality enterprises through tiered development of specialized and sophisticated companies, as well as Single Champions. It now has 21 entities selected for the "Remarkable Shandong" brand program, and 73 "Qilu Grain & Oil" and provincial-level "Premium Grain & Oil" products, accounting for 30% of the province's total.
