The Shandong Development and Reform Commission recently issued the Management Measures for Key Projects of Green, Low-carbon, and High-quality Development in Shandong Province. The document covers the entire life cycle of the province's high-quality development projects: organization, application, evaluation, inclusion in the database, implementation, dynamic adjustment, and management services, while defining their annual management attributes. It aims to support projects that will make breakthroughs in the current year to generate immediate physical deliverables and effective investment.

The projects need to demonstrate strong leadership, support, and driving force within their respective industries or fields. Industrial projects should concentrate on the "Top Ten Industries" or other key sectors and emphasize advanced industrial technologies and reliable processes for large-scale production. Infrastructure projects should focus on optimizing the province's infrastructure layout, structure, functionality, and system integration, giving priority to those that accelerate the development of a modern infrastructure system.
