Jinan Focuses on Seven Key Areas to Establish a "Hassle-Free" Service System

This year, Jinan will spare no effort to establish a "hassle-free" service system, covering information on matters, application materials, processing channels, procedures, consulting services, and appeals and suggestions, to advance the implementation of the "Six Ones" service model. The first phase will concentrate on seven key areas, including business registration, investment and construction, construction qualifications, municipal facilities, transportation, healthcare, and culture and education, introducing 100 service items.

To further enhance service quality and efficiency, Jinan will make full efforts this year to establish a "hassle-free" service system, creating a new government service ecosystem of "hassle-free services without needing favors". The first phase will concentrate on seven key areas, including business registration, investment and construction, construction qualifications, municipal facilities, transportation, healthcare, and culture and education, introducing 100 service items. These endeavors will contribute to a complete online-offline integrated government service loop.
