Shandong has established 95 workstations for cross-border e-commerce specialty industry belts. They were established with the support of county (county-level city or district) commerce departments, industrial parks, or leading enterprises, serving as service hubs and decision-making points. They are rooted in the economic hinterland of the counties. Through resource integration, planning, platform construction, and entity cultivation, they promote the integrated development of "cross-border e-commerce + industry belts."

Actively creating specialty industry belts for cross-border e-commerce is an important measure taken in various regions to promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade. The industry belt workstations innovatively launched by Shandong coordinately promote the integrated development of cross-border e-commerce and specialty industry belts. By formulating plans, building platforms, cultivating entities, conducting statistical monitoring, and organizing events, they utilize and allocate resources in a more effective way to serve relevant enterprises better.

From the perspective of the industrial distribution of the 95 workstations, the equipment manufacturing industry has the highest proportion, with 6 workstations dedicated to engineering machinery alone. Another concentrated sector is light industrial consumer goods, including 10 textile workstations, as well as workstations for furniture, small commodities, and fitness equipment.
