Since the beginning of this year, Binzhou has launched initiatives to invigorate business entities, aimed at fostering the seamless integration of technological and industrial innovations. As a result, these entities have steadily enhanced their vitality for scientific and technological innovation.

Binzhou has seized the development opportunities presented by the low-altitude economy by crafting a comprehensive mid-to-long-term industrial development plan. Three industrial parks within the city have been designated as Aerospace Industrial Parks of Shandong Province. Building on this foundation, Binzhou is striving to establish an industrial cluster centered on the low-altitude economy. The city has successfully attracted leading companies, including Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd., Chengdu JOUAV Automation Tech Co., Ltd., and Anyang Honeycomb Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., to establish presence in the city, facilitating the mass production of various aircraft models within its borders.

Furthermore, Binzhou has developed five industrial clusters, each valued at RMB 100 billion. These clusters include high-end aluminum, fine chemicals, intelligent textiles, food processing, and livestock and aquatic products. The city has also established two national-level characteristic industrial clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)—the Boxing Commercial Kitchenware Industrial Cluster and the Huimin Rope Net Industrial Cluster—as well as seven provincial-level characteristic industrial clusters for SMEs, including the Wudi Intelligent Electrical Equipment Industrial Cluster. These efforts are driving traditional industries toward high-end advancements through technological innovation.
