Jining, Shandong Province‌, has strategically aligned talent chains, education chains, and innovation chains with its robotics industrial chain, exploring an integrated model of "entrepreneurs + innovation teams + high-level talent + enclave development" to attract talent and projects simultaneously.

Currently, Jining boasts a complete and well-structured robotics industrial chain, with ‌16 complete robot manufacturers‌ covering three major categories: ‌industrial robots, service robots, and special-purpose robots‌.

The robotics industry in Jining has formed a ‌"two zones, multiple nodes"‌ pattern, centered on the Robot Industrial Zone in Zoucheng and the ‌Intelligent Terminal Industrial Zone in Jining National High-tech Industrial Development Zone.‌ Wenshang County, leveraging its equipment manufacturing industry, has fostered industrial robot manufacturers such as ‌Shandong Simanc Technology Co., Ltd., whose products include heavy-load AGVs.‌ Liangshan County‌, building on its specialized vehicle production base, has developed welding, cutting, and painting robot manufacturers and system integrators like ‌Shandong Shuipo Welding & Cutting Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. Jining Economic and Technological Development Zone has introduced key robotics component manufacturers and won the approval of the National Robotics Innovation Center Shandong Base (Jining). ‌Qufu, capitalizing on its high-quality education, culture, and tourism resources, has established industrial clusters for ‌service robots and smart home appliances‌.
