Shandong Releases the 2025 Key Project Guidance Catalog for Enterprise Technological Transformation

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province issued the 2025 Key Project Guidance Catalog for Enterprise Technological Transformation in Shandong Province, which includes 1,500 projects across five categories: high-end transformation, intelligent transformation, green transformation, safety transformation, and industrial foundation reconstruction, with a total investment of 532,819,037,800 yuan.

The projects listed in the guidance catalog serve as a crucial initiative for Shandong Province to enhance its strength in advanced manufacturing and accelerate the development of new quality productive forces. For these projects, Shandong will employ a comprehensive range of financial measures to enhance support for high-quality projects characterized by substantial scale, rapid investment progress, strong innovation capacity, promising development prospects, and significant driving forces. The province will leverage policies such as re-lending for technological innovation and transformation to strengthen credit support for eligible projects, improve financing guarantee capabilities, and ensure timely and adequate loan provision.
