Shandong's Zaozhuang City Innovates Smart Financial Service System

In recent years, Zaozhuang City has identified helping private enterprises solve financing difficulties as a key focus of efforts to optimize the business environment. The city has worked to comprehensively establish the "133" service system, facilitate the channel to convert "credit to loans," and carry out more solid work related to "Xinyidai", thereby providing efficient financing support for small and micro enterprises.

Addressing issues such as dispersed and redundant financing platforms and barriers in data integration, the Zaozhuang Development and Reform Commission, in collaboration with the Zaozhuang Municipal Finance Bureau, the People's Bank of China Zaozhuang Branch, and the Zaozhuang branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, has actively implemented relevant policies. Leveraging the Zaozhuang Smart Financial Comprehensive Service Platform, the city has achieved close collaboration among government, finance, and enterprises and coordinated progress in standardization, intelligence, and ecosystem, and established a unique "133" service system. With these efforts, the city strives to provide one-stop financing services for small and micro enterprises, individual businesses, and new agricultural business entities across the city.
