To alleviate any concerns about the talent pool, Yantai has developed a thorough policy support framework for those selected. Economic incentives include a comprehensive subsidy package that can reach up to 4 million yuan, encompassing a maximum of 400,000 yuan for living expenses, up to 1 million yuan for home purchases, and up to 2.6 million yuan for project funding.
