The CPC Shandong Provincial Committee's 2025 No. 1 Document Issues 36 Measures to Fully Advance Rural Revitalization

Recently, the No. 1 Document of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee in 2025 has been announced to the public. The document makes systematic arrangements for the work on "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" this year and in the near future. It encompasses 36 articles in 8 parts, such as striving to foster a higher-level "Qilu granary", striving to build rural revitalization areas, striving to facilitate sustained and stable growth of farmers' income, striving to boost green, low-carbon and high-quality development of rural industries, and striving to promote the upgrading of rural construction.

In building rural revitalization areas, this year, on the basis of consolidating and improving the built areas, the construction of more than 75 new provincial-level areas has been started. In strengthening the support of agricultural equipment, large-scale agricultural machinery renewal will be promoted, and more than 150,000 high-end smart and applicable agricultural machines will be added. In developing rural infrastructure, a new round of rural road improvement actions will be implemented to newly build or reconstruct 5,000 kilometers of rural roads. In enhancing basic public services, an action to improve the capacity of rural medical and healthcare services will be implemented to newly build and renovate about 20,000 village clinics.
