Establishment of Qingdao Green Energy Industry Alliance

The inaugural conference for the Qingdao Green Energy Industry Alliance was convened recently. During the conference, details of the Alliance's strategic plan were unveiled, showcasing its current roster of over 200 member enterprises. The participating enterprises reached a consensus and voluntarily signed the Joint Commitment for Coordinated Development of Qingdao's Green Energy Industry. They also promoted their enterprises and launched products centered on offshore wind power technology, in-situ hydrogen production technology from seawater desalination, and the blue ocean market for green-credit financial brands.

Qingdao has strategically integrated the green energy sector into its comprehensive "10+1" innovative industrial framework by developing a dedicated task force. The Qingdao Municipal Development and Reform Commission spearheaded the establishment of the Qingdao Green Energy Industry Alliance. The aim is to foster cooperation among enterprises to advance the healthy growth of the industry alliance. By leveraging the alliance’s extensive platform, they can facilitate mutually beneficial cooperation, drive innovation, and seek common development to enhance the "Made in Qingdao" identity in the green energy sector.
