In 2025, Laiwu District aims to dynamically propel its regional economy into a new era of high-quality development by focusing on business and investment attraction and optimizing the business environment. Focusing on six key industrial chains, including high-end equipment, biomedicine, and electronic information, the district aims to enhance its industrial clusters and clearly outline an investment attraction map.

It is crucial to ensure that the secured projects are effectively implemented and developed. The "137" commercial registration service model in the Laiwu District has earned a reputation as a "golden signboard" among enterprises. The "137" represents "one team, three personnel, and seven service models": the "Business Registration Pioneer Team" offers services to enterprises four times a month; a chief specialist, an assistant agent, and a smart service guide manage the entire process; the service scenarios are integrated, leading to the introduction of seven service models, namely self-services, full-process assistance and proxy services, online guidance, convenient nearby services, flexible door-to-door services, one-stop intensive handling, and cross-regional collaborative handling. Data shows that the implementation of the "137" model has enhanced the local commercial registration efficiency by 40%, with over 90% of processes now manageable online.
