Shandong to Launch Version 6.0 Plan for Business Environment Innovation to Deepen Reform and Innovation in "One-stop Government Services"

Driven by the goal of building a digital government and promoting "one-stop government services", Shandong adheres to systematic thinking, comprehensive coverage, full process transformation, and the adoption of digital technologies to further deepen reforms in key areas and key links. In the next step, the province will release its version 6.0 plan for business environment innovation and introduce a series of reform measures designed to provide convenience for residents and benefit enterprises.

Shandong will continue to advance reforms to improve the business environment. The province will amend the Regulations of Shandong Province on Optimizing the Business Environment, provide legal guarantee for improving the business environment, and resolutely prevent and address issues such as arbitrary charges, fines, inspections, and seizures. Additionally, efforts will be made to optimize and upgrade the "Luhuitong" policy fulfillment service platform, establish a centralized and unified release mechanism for preferential enterprise policies, and allow businesses to access these benefits directly, organized by batches and categories, without the need for individual applications.
