In recent years, Binzhou City has concentrated on key projects at the provincial, municipal, and county levels. By capitalizing on the significant opportunities presented by national policies, the city has coordinated efforts to advance high-end traditional industries, large-scale emerging industries, characteristic industrial parks, and collaborations in future industries. As a result, numerous benchmark enterprises have emerged, including the thriving Weiqiao and Chambroad, a pioneer in industry-education integration. Additionally, five advantageous industrial clusters, each worth RMB 100 billion, have developed in sectors including high-end aluminum, fine chemicals, intelligent textiles, food processing, animal husbandry, and aquatic products. Through these initiatives, the city's operating revenue reached RMB 1.25 trillion in 2024.
Focusing on a "one-stop platform", Binzhou has iteratively upgraded the "Huiqitong" platform. By utilizing policy labels, data mining, and enterprise profiles, the platform intelligently matches policies with businesses, ensuring that they can directly benefit from preferential policies without the need for a formal application process. This enhancement has streamlined the process for enterprises to become informed about relevant policies, addressing issues such as low awareness, delayed applications, and inaccurate policy interpretation. As a result, over 4.799 million targeted instances of preferential policies have been delivered to businesses, assisting 15,700 enterprises in securing RMB 760 million in rewards and subsidy funds.
