This year, Shandong Province rolled out the Implementation Plan for Boosting Consumption, introducing 20 measures and 71 specific tasks across 6 key areas. The plan has established a "1+N" policy framework aimed at boosting consumption, intensifying promotional efforts, improving coordination, and fostering a new wave of consumption growth across the province.
Shandong has leveraged fiscal funds to maximize the effects of financial support, coordinating "five key resources"—fiscal funding, finance, platforms, manufacturers, and merchants. It has created a synergistic policy environment and introduced a "beneficial policy package" of approximately 9 billion yuan to support both consumers and enterprises.
This year, Shandong will launch the "1+10+16+1,000" consumption promotion events under the theme "Remarkable Shandong, Business Worldwide," focusing on 10 major sectors, including automobiles, home appliances, and home furnishings. Specifically, the province will collaborate with various cities to launch over 1,000 key consumption promotion activities under the "100 Counties, 1,000 Enterprises, 10,000 Stores" initiative throughout the year, adopting online and offline approaches. Additionally, the measure for promoting the trade-in of consumer goods will be comprehensively incorporated into the annual activities to enhance the effectiveness of this policy.
