Recently, Shandong Port Group hosted the 2025 Conference on Scientific and Technological Innovation, where it unveiled the Overall Development Plan for AI (LLM) at Shandong Port Group, marking significant progress in deeply integrating AI with business scenarios of Shandong Port Group.

According to the plan, Shandong Port Group will focus on scenario-driven demand, targeting over 60 specific scenarios across eight business areas, including intelligent production and supply chain. The initiative aims to comprehensively leverage AI LLM empowerment to establish a smart and digital port characterized by a "world-class digital presence and superior physical experience". By 2026, Shandong Port Group is committed to establishing an industry-leading port-based LLM, along with a suite of specialized vertical models, while striving to achieve a batch of innovative technological results that are forward-thinking, original, and trend-setting.
