Two Cities and Three Enterprises in Shandong Included in China's First Batch of Pilot Cities and Enterprises for the Construction of a Renewable Resources Recovery System

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) recently issued a notice regarding the list of the first batch of pilot cities and enterprises for the construction of a renewable resources recovery system, which includes 32 pilot cities and 78 pilot enterprises. Jinan and Yantai in Shandong Province are listed among the pilot cities, while three enterprises—Qingdao Hailvyuan Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. (Haier), Aucma Co., Ltd., and Xinguang Lvhuan Recycling Resources Co., Ltd.—are included in the list of pilot enterprises. This signifies that the above cities and enterprises will explore and lead the recovery of waste home appliances to achieve recycling.

For example, Qingdao Hailvyuan Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. has leveraged the advantageous resources of Haier Smart Home's marketing network, service network, logistics network, recovery network, and channel network to innovate a "five-network integrated" recovery model. With 32,000 sales outlets, over 100,000 service personnel, and more than 100 logistics distribution centers, its recovery network can cover over 2,800 counties and cities nationwide.
