Shandong Issues Guidelines for Building "Industrial Brain" and "Morning Star Factory"

Recently, the Office of Shandong Provincial Joint Conference on the Development of the Digital Economy issued the Guidelines for the Construction of "Industrial Brain" in Shandong Province (1.0) and the Guidelines for the Construction of "Morning Star Factory" in Shandong Province (1.0). These guidelines standardize the province-wide development of "Industrial Brain" and "Morning Star Factory", aiming to further unleash the potential of industrial data resource elements in Shandong. Shandong will advance the integration of "Industrial Brain + Morning Star Factory," striving to establish a "single account" system for the province’s industrial data resources, a "unified network" for secure data circulation, and a "comprehensive map" for innovative data applications.

As of now, Shandong has developed 80 pilot projects for "Industrial Brain" construction, with 12 being recognized as provincial demonstration examples. Additionally, there are 4,220 "Morning Star Factory" pilots, which leverage data and AI, among which 13 are listed among China's Top 100 Digital and Real Economy Integration Enterprises (Juxing Factory), marking the highest tally in the nation.
