Gaomi in Shandong Intensifies Efforts in New Energy Industry Development

Since the beginning of 2024, Gaomi County-level City in Shandong Province has been fully tapping into local advantages in wind and solar energy resources, ramping up project construction, and taking the lead in the development of the green energy industry.

To encourage the in-depth development of the new energy industry, Gaomi City has successively introduced supportive policies to help enterprises scale up and grow. Among these efforts, the city’s Development and Reform Bureau adheres to the principle of "gathering talent through industry, promoting the industry through talent, and facilitating mutual integration of industry and talent". They have facilitated collaboration between 13 experts and professors from institutions like Harbin Institute of Technology and Jimei University and local enterprises such as Himile Manufacturing and Shandong Furi Xuanwei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., initiating five talent development projects. They are also working to help Shandong Furi Xuanwei New Materials Technology's talent team pass provincial-level special reviews and assessments.
