To resolve pain points such as the "redundant development" and "inefficient operation" of financing credit service platforms, the General Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province recently issued the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Integration of Financing Credit Service Platforms in Shandong Province to Facilitate the Financing of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises.
According to the Implementation Plan, Shandong Province will develop a province-wide unified financing service system and establish a provincial financing credit service platform development system according to the "1+1+N" model, namely, one base for platform data, one province-wide unified financing credit service platform, as well as multiple industry-specific zones and characteristic functional modules. The provincial public credit information platform serves as the base for platform data to realize comprehensive access to all necessary financing credit data. Shandong comprehensively upgrades and establishes a province-wide unified financing credit service platform, coordinating similar platforms across 16 cities in the province and encompassing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, individual businesses, and new agricultural business entities, among others throughout the province. Around different scenarios, it provides multiple industry-specific zones and characteristic functional modules, effectively leveraging the financial partnership mechanism to build a digitized and integrated financial service ecosystem.
