Blue Book of Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) in Shandong Province (2024) Released in Jinan

Recently, Jinan witnessed the organization of the Release of the Blue Book of Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) in Shandong Province (2024) and the Launching Ceremony of the "Responsible Shandong" Co-construction Project. The event was hosted by Dazhong News Group. Representatives from relevant organizations, nearly a hundred enterprises, and mass organizations within the province attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the organizer released the Blue Book of Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) in Shandong Province (2024). It is understood that the Blue Book was jointly compiled by the Social Responsibility Think Tank of Dazhong News Group and the Research Team for the Blue Book of Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) in Shandong Province. It comprehensively sorted out and systematically summarized the corporate social responsibility performance in Shandong.

As one of the experts involved in the compilation of the Blue Book, Xin Jie, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Management, Shandong University, stated that the Blue Book, by showcasing numerous successful cases, can help various entities recognize the importance and urgency of corporate ESG practices. It also provides guidance for Shandong's enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibilities and serves as a reference for the government in policy-making.
