Shandong Cultivates 1,384 Provincial-level Single Champion Enterprises in Manufacturing in Total

Recently, 358 enterprises were selected as the eighth batch of single champion enterprises in manufacturing in Shandong Province. In recent years, Shandong has nurtured a total of 237 national-level single champion enterprises in manufacturing, ranking first in the country. Notably, every city with subordinate districts in the province has its own national-level single champion enterprises in manufacturing. Additionally, Shandong has cultivated a total of 1,384 provincial-level single champion enterprises in manufacturing.

To promote the further development of single champion enterprises in manufacturing in the province towards world-class standards, Shandong has established a list of enterprises for tiered and category-based dynamic tracking management for cultivating a pipeline of enterprises. This approach aims to identify a group of enterprises that enjoy greater potential in terms of technological innovation capabilities, market share in niche segments, product quality, economic benefits, and asset-liability ratios to include them in the single champion cultivation database. Meanwhile, tailored services featuring "one policy for one enterprise" will be provided. By 2025, the goal is to maintain the province's leadership in the number of national-level single champion enterprises in the country and cultivate over 1,600 provincial-level and above single champion enterprises in manufacturing.
