Recently, the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Shandong Province held a symposium for private enterprises to listen to opinions and suggestions face-to-face. The objective is to respond precisely to the demands and expectations of enterprises and make arrangements for leveraging policy opportunities and optimizing the market legal environment and the government service environment. This includes deploying "tangible measures" to enhance the "intangible environment", thereby allowing private enterprises to operate their business with ease and concentrate on development.
Since the beginning of this year, Shandong has driven amendments to 19 relevant laws and regulations to further consolidate and protect the position of market entities, reduce institutional transaction costs for enterprises, and provide robust institutional support for business entities to engage in fair competition.
Regarding the legal protection of the property rights of private enterprises and the rights and interests of entrepreneurs, the provincial courts have deepened the implementation of ten measures aimed at facilitating and ensuring the high-quality development of the private economy. They have also negotiated with the Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce to establish a collaboration mechanism that supports and ensures the high-quality development of the private economy across the province and developed a comprehensive judicial protection system for property rights. In response to the policy demand of enterprises, relevant departments are required to further enhance their awareness of proactive service and boost the implementation of policies with greater efforts.
