On the morning of October 28, the 3rd Shandong Talents Innovation and Development Fair & the 13th Shandong Domestic and Overseas High-end Talents Exchange and Projects Negotiation Fair was held in Jinan. Under the theme "Talent Leads Innovation and Opening-up Empowers Development", the conference fostered exchanges and cooperation between Shandong and domestic and international experts and scholars, pooling talent to contribute to writing the chapter of Chinese Modernization in Shandong.

In recent years, Shandong has vigorously pursued a strategy of enhancing its strength through science and education while promoting talent-driven growth.
