Singapore-Shandong Collaboration Conference on High-level Openness Held in Singapore

Recently, the Singapore-Shandong Collaboration Conference on High-level Openness was successfully held in Singapore.

During the event, Shandong Development and Reform Commission, Jinan City, Qingdao City, and Yantai City respectively promoted new quality productive forces, China-Singapore Jinan Future Industry City, and cooperation with Singapore in marine as well as green and low-carbon development sectors. Keppel Management Ltd. and Singapore Exchange respectively promoted the innovative cooperation scheme for promoting the development of the Jinan Start-up Area in a green and low-carbon way and the cooperation scheme for Singapore's capital market. A centralized signing session was organized for the province's 48 key projects in cooperation with Singapore, covering modern finance, food, new energy, education, healthcare, equipment manufacturing, high-end chemical engineering, and other fields.

In recent years, Shandong Province and Singapore have engaged in a series of cooperation and exchanges at various levels and in various fields between the government and the private sector, the economy and society, and groups and enterprises. Fruitful results have been achieved. Shandong Province will take the success of the Singapore-Shandong Collaboration Conference on High-level Openness as an opportunity to further expand its cooperation with Singapore in the fields of green and low-carbon development, modern marine initiatives, education, culture, and sci-tech innovation. It aims to jointly steer pragmatic cooperation toward sustainable and steady progress.
