On September 26, the International Conference on Pharmaceutical Innovation and Development 2024 was held at Blue Pharma Valley International Conference Centre in Yantai City. Under the theme "Opening New Pathways, Creating Leading Places", the conference discussed the new direction of biomedical industry development and embarked on a new journey of innovation cooperation.

During the conference, a ceremony was held to distribute rewards for the support funds for the innovative development of the biomedical industry. A total of 21 items in 2023 met the support policy criteria, with a total reward amount of approximately 85.3032 million yuan. A total of 16 biomedical industrial projects were signed on-site, with a total investment amount of 8.78 billion yuan.
