Shandong's 15 Places Selected among China's Top 100 Counties and Cities by Comprehensive Strength for 2024

Recently, the 2024 lists of China's top 100 counties and cities by comprehensive strength, China's top 100 districts by comprehensive strength, and China's top 100 counties and cities by green development have been released. Longkou City and 14 other places in Shandong Province have been selected for the 2024 list of China's top 100 counties and cities by comprehensive strength.

For the list, the top spot went to Kunshan City in Jiangsu Province, which often heads related lists. Shandong's Longkou City came in at the 11th place nationally, ranking highest among the 15 places in the province landing on the list. Besides Longkou City, the other 14 places were Rongcheng City, Jiaozhou City, Tengzhou City, Laizhou City, Guangrao County, Feicheng City, Zouping City, Qihe County, Zoucheng City, Xintai City, Changyi City, Boxing County, Yishui County, and Yucheng City. Additionally, the districts of Jimo in Qingdao, Wendeng in Weihai, Lanshan in Linyi, Linzi and Zhangdian in Zibo, Zhangqiu in Jinan, Yanzhou in Jining, and Dongying District in Dongying have been recognized among China's top 100 districts by comprehensive strength for 2024.
