Shandong Continues to Strengthen Support for the Stable Operation of Enterprises

It is reported that in the first half of this year, Shandong fully implemented the 2023 rewards for steady progress and quality improvement, awarding 36.5 million yuan to 55 enterprises. Additionally, it continued to implement the "good start" rewards for the first quarter of 2024, offering tiered rewards of 59 million yuan to 100 enterprises. Shandong also completed the evaluation of the third batch of counties with great strength in industrial development, granting 400 million yuan in new special bond support to each of the 10 counties. These incentive policies produced effects early on, effectively stimulating the confidence of regions and enterprises to press for progress. By referring to the Several Policies and Measures, Shandong will implement incentives for incorporating units above the designated size into the direct reporting scope of the National Bureau of Statistics. Besides, it will coordinate the implementation of reward funds of 60 million yuan. Based on the net increase and net growth rate of industrial enterprises above the designated size in 2024, Shandong will reward the top 8 cities in the comprehensive evaluation, striving to have 42,000 industrial enterprises above the designated size and consolidate the basic support for stable industrial production and efficiency improvement.

Several Policies and Measures mentioned the "establishment of 'vegetable basket' production bases and processing enterprises in the Greater Bay Area". In March this year, a new list of recognized "vegetable basket" production bases in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was released. Shandong's 14 bases were selected, including Shouguang Xiangjia Fruit and Vegetable Specialized Cooperative.
