The List of Projects to Be Selected as Pilot Projects for the Application of Intelligent Manufacturing Standards in 2023 Announced Shandong’s Eight Projects Land on the List

Recently, the Standardization Administration of China announced the list of projects to be selected as pilot projects for the application of intelligent manufacturing standards in 2023. A total of 78 projects across the country landed on the list, of which eight were from Shandong Province. Among them were the Pilot Project for the Application of Construction Standards for High-end Engine Intelligent Factories, the Pilot Project for the Application of Standards for Silicon Carbide Semiconductor Material Intelligent Factories, and the Pilot Project for the Application of Construction Standards for Power Transmission & Distribution and Control Equipment Manufacturing Intelligent Factories.

This pilot project application program aims to maximize the supporting and leading role of standards. Focusing on applying intelligent manufacturing standards in the sub-sectors of manufacturing, national standards that have been released or are under development will be implemented first. At the same time, relevant industrial standards, local standards, group standards, and enterprise standards will also be promoted. It's planned that no less than 70 representative pilot projects for standard application will be selected by 2023 in the country and more than 200 pilot projects for standard application will be selected by 2024. Thus, a batch of "standard groups" to promote the effective implementation and application of intelligent manufacturing will be formed.
