Five from Shandong: Top 100 Investment Competitive Districts in China Released

On December 6, CCID Consulting released the "CCID Top 100 Districts with Investment Competitiveness (2023)". Shandong has 5 districts on the list, namely: Licheng District of Jinan City, Lixia District of Jinan City, Shinan District of Qingdao City, Zhangdian District of Zibo City, and Lanshan District of Linyi City.

In the previous year's list, "CCID Top 100 Districts with Investment Competitiveness (2022)", Shandong also had five districts included, namely Huangdao District of Qingdao City (17th), Licheng District of Jinan City (37th), Lixia District of Jinan City (42nd), Shinan District of Qingdao City (71st) and Zhifu District of Yantai City (100th).

Expanding effective investment is a crucial step toward adapting to the new phase of development, implementing the new philosophy of development, and constructing a new development model. This effort is vital in maintaining stable growth and restructuring. CCID Consulting has created an assessment framework consisting of six primary indicators and twenty secondary indicators, encompassing government services, openness, infrastructure, industrial competitiveness, talent attraction, and resource assurance. A comprehensive evaluation has been conducted on over 900 municipal districts across China, excluding those in municipalities directly under the Central Government, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
