Select Shandong Explores Cooperation Opportunities in Comprehensive Health, Textile, and Other Sectors through Visits to Multinational Corporations

Select Shandong has recently paid a visit to the Chinese headquarters in Beijing of two multinational corporations, CJ Group and Parkson Group. The investment promotion departments and associated enterprises in cities of Shandong such as Linyi, Dezhou, and Binzhou have engaged in specific communication with these two major multinational corporations to collaboratively discover new prospects for cooperation and growth.

The delegation from Select Shandong engaged in extensive discussions with CJ Group and Parkson Group about various fields such as food processing, biomedicine, new circulation, and clothing textile. Fu Zhaohong, the Deputy Director of the Shandong International Investment Promotion Center, provided a detailed introduction of Select Shandong's efforts and accomplishments in supporting investment promotion. Following the meeting, Select Shandong 2023 Global Promotion Ambassador appointments were given to CJ Group and Parkson Group.

It is worth noting that CJ Group dominates the global biotechnology market with over 60% share and has invested nearly 1 billion dollars in building a large-scale production facility in Liaocheng. Binzhou and Dezhou possess unique cooperative advantages in this sector, whereas Linyi, the logistics capital of China, exhibits high compatibility with the new circulation industry, thus paving the way for future development and collaboration.
