550 Job Vacancies for Doctoral Talents! Select Shandong Releases Talent Needs Globally

On November 8, Select Shandong launched a special section for autumn recruitment 2023 under the guidance of the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Work of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee. A total of 642 job vacancies in the first batch have been announced globally, of which 550 are for doctoral talents. Select Shandong hopes to promote high-level talents to settle in Shandong with the help of the closed-loop service system for talent needs.

These 642 job vacancies come from 449 enterprises, public institutions, and research institutes including some well-known ones such as the Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (IOCAS), Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology (QIBEBT) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China University of Petroleum (East China), and Hengfeng Bank Co., Ltd. They will provide vast employment opportunities for professional talents who possess outstanding skills or leadership qualities, studied in overseas universities, or worked in scientific research institutes.

From the perspective of industrial distribution, these 642 job vacancies cover 10 key industrial fields, i.e., high-end equipment manufacturing, biomedicine, new-generation information technology, new energy, new materials, healthcare and elderly care, high-end chemical engineering, modern high-efficiency agriculture, modern marine, and modern light industry and textile.
