On August 1, the new version of the Regulations on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shandong Province came into force. To provide well-targeted support for the sustainable development of SMEs and create a more enabling environment for them, the document has regulated government services for SMEs. As per it, positive efforts should be made to strengthen the talent support for SMEs, pay attention to their actual needs, provide more convenient and efficient public services for them, etc. Next, Shandong will combine the requirements of the Opinions with the implementation of the document and put in place various major measures in market access, fair competition, protecting property rights and interests, policy support and service guarantees, and other aspects. Thus, Shandong strives to create a better legal environment for the development of SMEs in the province.
