Shandong Zaozhuang Issues the Implementation Plan of "Minimal Approval" of Industrial Park Construction Projects

Recently, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province has formulated and issued the Implementation Plan for "Minimal Approval" of Industrial Park Construction Projects in Zaozhuang City, which innovatively creates a whole-process minimal approval service mode of "service upon negotiation, land supply upon signing, commencement upon lease and purchase, supporting upon commencement, and certificate handling upon completion", so as to promote the early implementation and rapid completion of industrial park projects.

In order to fully implement the provincial and municipal arrangements on accelerating the high-quality development of industrial economy and building a first-class business environment, strengthen the supporting role of the carrier platform of Zaozhuang Industrial Park, improve policy guarantee capability and approval service efficiency, Zaozhuang will adopt the mode of "one-window acceptance, one-network handling, parallel approval, time-limited completion and one-stop delivery" for joint acceptance. Classified acceptance shall be implemented. The time for joint completion acceptance of general industrial projects with social investment shall not exceed 10 working days, and the total time for joint completion acceptance and real estate registration stage of simple low-risk projects shall not exceed 2 working days.
