Conference on High-quality Development Empowered by Capital in China (Zaozhuang) 2023 Kicked Off

On July 4, the Conference on High-quality Development Empowered by Capital in China (Zaozhuang) 2023 was held. The Conference was sponsored by Zaozhuang Municipal People's Government, undertaken by Zaozhuang Municipal Finance Bureau and Zaozhuang Municipal Bureau of Local Financial Regulation and Supervision, and co-organized by Zaozhuang Finance Group. With the theme of "Innovation, Entrepreneurship for a Better Future[01] —Capital Empowerment for Breakthroughs, Industry Doubling, and Opening a New Chapter", the Conference aims to create an industrial structure consisting of "one industry, one cluster and one fund" by focusing on Zaozhuang's "6+3" modern industrial system, so as to give full play to the supporting role of capital for the high-quality economic development of Zaozhuang. Leaders from the municipal departments of Zaozhuang and representatives from domestic financial institutions including funds, securities, banks, and insurance companies attended the event.

At the Conference, 12 key financial institutions signed agreements with Zaozhuang Municipal People's Government to provide Zaozhuang with 260 billion yuan of intended credit funds for supporting Zaozhuang's Industry Doubling Plan; Zaozhuang Finance Group signed strategic cooperation agreements with 13 key investment institutions to set up 13 funds with a total scale of 20.7 billion yuan; 14 key projects with a total investment of 30.2 billion yuan were contracted.

During the Conference, selected investment institutions were invited to visit and connect with leading enterprises and key projects in different districts (cities) of Zaozhuang.
