Focusingoncomprehensivelyenhancingtheadvantagesofdigitalindustrializationdevelopment,Shandongwillimplementactionplanstouseandpromoteintelligentsensors,improvethesupplycapacityofelectronicequipment,andcultivateindustrialclusters,andissueguidancetopromotethedevelopmentofthemetaverse.Bydoingso,Shandongaimstoincreasetherevenueofitselectronicinformationmanufacturingindustryby10%,thatofsoftwarebusinessesinitbymorethan10%yearonyear,andthatofitsbigdataindustrytoover200billionyuanbytheendof2023.Shandongwillalsocreateabout100newtypicalscenariosof"IndustrialInternetEmpowersShandong".Bytheendof2023,thebusinessincomeofitsInternetindustryisexpectedtoriseby30%.

Tocomprehensivelypromotethedigitaltransformationandupgradingofitsindustries,Shandongwillbuildabatchof"digitaleconomyheadquarters"projectsforstate-levelindustrialchains;cultivateabout20newcharacteristicdigitaleconomyparksthathave"industries,market,platformsandheadquarters";promotethedigitaltransformationinagriculturethroughoutitsindustrialchain;implementtheprojecttoacceleratethedigitaltransformationinservices;identifyabatchofprovincial-levelindustrialclustersformodernservices;deepentheintegrationofmodernservicesandadvancedmanufacturing;carryouttheprogramofselecting100enterprisesthatplayaleadingroleintheupgradingofproducerservices;cultivateabout10state-levelservice-orientedmanufacturingdemonstrationenterprisesandprojects;andpromotenewmodessuchassharedmanufacturingandflexiblemanufacturing.
