Shandong to Build a Financial Service System of "Two Libraries and One Platform" for Industry

Recently,theImplementationPlanforCoordinatingandStrengtheningtheCooperationbetweenIndustryandFinancetoPromoteHigh-QualityDevelopmentofIndustryandInformationTechnologywasofficiallyreleased.Focusingonthetoptenindustries,representativeindustrialchains,leadingprojectsinkeyindustries,gradientcultivationprojectsforhigh-growthenterprises,listingcultivationandinnovationandentrepreneurshipgrowthprojects,Shandongwillinnovatefinancialservicemethods,implementsevenspecialactionplans,andacceleratethein-depthintegrationofadvancedmanufacturingandmodernfinancialservices.

Shandongwillbuildafinancialservicesystemof"twolibrariesandoneplatform".First,alibraryofkeyfinancingprojectsencompassinginvestmentandfinancingprojectsforthemanufacturingeconomy,thedigitaleconomyandtheprivateeconomywillbeestablished.Bytheendof2023,morethan30,000enterprisesandprojectswillbeincludedinthelibrary.Second,alibraryofhigh-qualityinvestmentandfinancinginstitutionresourceswillbeestablished.In2023,morethan300high-qualityinvestmentandfinancinginstitutionswillbeselectedtobeincludedinthelibraryandmorethan100willbeaddedeveryyearthereafter.Third,aninvestmentandfinancingmatchingplatformwillbesetup.Ontheplatform,sevenmodulesincludingthe"libraryofhigh-qualityinvestmentandfinancinginstitutionresources",the"libraryoffinancingprojectsforadvancedmanufacturing",the"smartmatchingofindustrialcapital"andthe"onlineroadshowforenterprises"andthreesystemsof"creditservice","fundinvestment"and"listingcultivation"willbedevelopedtoevaluatethevalueandpracticalityoffinancialinstitutionsanddynamicallyadjustandexpandthescopeofcooperation.Forkeyprojectssuchasnationalspecialprojectsandmajortechnologicalbreakthroughprojects,timetableswillbesetouttosupervisetheirimplementationandfinancialresourcesfromdifferentpartieswillbegatheredtoprovideastrongfinancialguarantee.
