Recently, the 2023 Action Plan of "Ten Industrial Chains and Ten Thousand Enterprises" of Shandong Province to Integrate and Consolidate Representative Industrial Chains was launched in Jinan City, Shandong Province. With the goal of promoting the integration, innovation and coordinated development of chain-owner enterprises and specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprises, Shandong will further implement the program to make breakthroughs in representative industrial chains this year to facilitate over 1,000 cooperation intentions between enterprises and cover more than 10,000 enterprises.

In the past year, Shandong implemented 343 projects of completing and strengthening industrial chains by integrating provincial, municipal, and county level efforts, held 114 matching activities for chain-owner enterprises and specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprises, and reached 86 credit granting and supply chain finance cooperation agreements with banks. In total, the Bank of China, the Bank of Beijing and other banks provided a total of 3.292 billion yuan of credit support for 89 enterprises.

According to the 2023 Action Plan of "Ten Industrial Chains and Ten Thousand Enterprises" of Shandong Province to Integrate and Consolidate Representative Industrial Chains, this year Shandong Province will cultivate a batch of cooperation demonstration projects for strengthening, completing, and stabilizing industrial chains; develop a batch of public service platforms for integrating and consolidating industrial chains; cultivate and improve a batch of quality enterprises that are needed by the industrial chains; summarize a batch of innovative models that can be replicated and promoted; hold more than 20 supply-demand matching activities for integrating and consolidating provincial key industrial chains; organize more than five out-of-province matching activities for key industrial chains; and hold more than 50 municipal supply-demand matching activities for integrating and consolidating industrial chains.
