Shandong Issues 61 Policy Measures to Strengthen the Real Economy

OntheafternoonofMay4,theInformationOfficeofthePeople'sGovernmentofShandongProvinceheldapressconferencetointerprettheImplementationOpinionsonPromotingtheHigh-qualityDevelopmentoftheRealEconomyandtheListofPoliciesfor"SteadyGrowthandQualityImprovement"in2023(theThirdBatch).Thisdocumenthasputforward25measuresand36policies.It'sestimatedthatthetaxandfeecutwillreach35billionyuanand1.63billionyuanwillbedisbursedattheprovinciallevelandabove.

Asaprovincewithastrongrealeconomy,Shandonghasworkedhardtodeepenthereplacementofoldgrowthdriverswithnewones,cultivateandexpandthe"toptenindustries"andmodernizeitsindustrialsystem.Thankstotheseefforts,initialsuccesshasbeenmadeintheprovince'sconstructionofaleadingareaforgreen,low-carbonandhigh-qualitydevelopment,thereplacementofoldgrowthdriverswithnewonesintheprovincehasbeenaccelerated,andthedevelopmentqualityoftherealeconomyhasbeenimprovedsignificantly.Now,Shandong'srealeconomyismorestronglydrivenbysci-techinnovationandunderpinnedbyanincreasinglyrationalindustrialstructure,seesdigitaltechnologyplayagreaterroleinitsdevelopment,andismovingfastertowardgreendevelopment.

Next,Shandongwillstrengthenpolicypublicityandinterpretation,putinplacekeyinitiativesandpolicymeasures,carryoutdoor-to-doorpolicypublicity,offerpolicyconsultation,interaction,andmatchingservicesbothonlineandoffline,andaddressthelast-mileprobleminpolicyimplementation.Shandongwillalsomakeacoordinatedefforttoimplementthethreebatchesofpoliciesthathavebeenintroducedandtheirsupportingpolicymeasuressynergisticallysoastofurtherstrengthentheeffectsofpolicyintegration.Meanwhile,Shandongwillhaveamplerpolicytoolsatitsdisposalandtimelystudyandintroducenewpolicymeasurestoprovidestrongersupportforvariousmarketplayersandpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftherealeconomyintheprovince.
