Recently,theCPCShandongProvincialCommitteeandthePeople'sGovernmentofShandongProvinceissuedtheOutlineofShandongProvincetoBuildaStrongProvincewithQuality.

Asstatedinthedocument,by2025,Shandong'squalityinnovationcapabilitywillbecontinuouslyimproved,theindustrialqualityfoundationwillbefurtherconsolidated,andtheindustrialqualitycompetitivenesswillbeelevatedtothefrontrank;newadvantageswillbedevelopedinthecompetitionofthequalityofindustrialchains;specialactionplansforhigh-qualitydevelopment,technologicaltransformationandupgrading,corporateinnovationcapabilityimprovementandotherfieldsofthetoptenkeyindustrieswillbeformulatedandintroducedatafasterpace.

Thequalitymanagementlevelofenterpriseswillbefurtherimproved.By2023,aboutfournewnationalqualitybenchmarkingenterpriseswillbeadded,rankingfirstinthecountry;about80provincialqualitybenchmarkingenterpriseswillbeadded.Supportwillbeprovidedinimplementingtheactionplanofcultivatinghigh-qualitymarketplayers.It'splannedthatabout400newgazelleenterprisesandthreenewunicornenterpriseswillbecultivatedeveryyear.By2025,about10,000specializedandsophisticatedSMEs,1,000specializedandsophisticated"littlegiant"enterprises,and1,000manufacturingsinglechampionenterprisesattheprovinciallevelorabovewillbecultivatedtodevelopmorespecializedandsupportingenterprises.
