Recently, Dongying City issued the Notice on Regularly Carrying out the Demand Matching of Postdoctoral Talent and Scientific Research Projects in Dongying City, marking the start of the city's work in regularly carrying out the demand matching of postdoctoral talent and scientific research projects. According to the document, Dongying City will gather superior resources from all parties, improve the overall effectiveness of postdoctoral talent introduction in the city, attract more postdoctoral talents to commercialize their innovation achievements in the city, and thus promote the city's high-quality economic and social development.

For postdoctoral talent services, the city will establish a three-tier coordination mechanism consisting of the city, counties (districts) and workstations (bases) to research how to provide support in a case-by-case way based on the current policy system and formulate a package of specific service measures that cover the whole process for postdoctoral talents from both home and abroad who settle in and establish a business in Dongying. Specifically, qualified postdoctoral talents will be included in the issuance scope of "excellent talent cards"; services such as professional title evaluation, employment of posts, scientific research, household registration transfer, children's enrollment in schools and spouse employment will be provided; full-time postdoctoral talents recruited by Dongying Postdoctoral Research Station (provincial postdoctoral innovative practice base) will be equally entitled to living subsidies and housing subsidies for college students.
