Shandong Implements the Action of Integrating and Consolidating Key Industrial Chains

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province released the 2023 Action Plan of "Ten Industrial Chains and Ten Thousand Enterprises" of Shandong Province to Integrate and Consolidate Representative Industrial Chains. As per the document, Shandong will launch and implement the "25511" action for integrating and consolidating key industrial chains this year so as to promote large, medium and small-sized enterprises to integrate and consolidate industrial chains.

Shandong will sort out three lists of work to be coordinated for integrating and consolidating industrial chains. First, a list of demands by industrial chain and enterprise will be sorted out to guide large enterprises to publish their procurement demands among small and medium-sized enterprises. Second, a list of intentions by matter will be sorted out to promote small and medium-sized enterprises to deepen and expand supply chain cooperation with large enterprises. Third, a list of risks of industrial or supply chains being disrupted will be formulated to accurately analyze the healthy and steady development situation of industrial and supply chains.

Shandong will complete the organizational system for activities to integrate and consolidate representative industrial chains at provincial, municipal, and county levels, strengthen publicity and promotion of services and measures for representative and key industrial chains, and select and issue the top 100 excellent enterprises in industrial chains and the excellent and strong service institutions (platforms) in industrial chains. Moreover, Shandong will select about 10 promotion agencies that have made positive contributions to collaborative innovation, digital empowerment, brand building, management consulting, project attraction, investment and financing, and talent training, and each will be given a one-time reward of up to 500,000 yuan.
