China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Implements All the 112 Pilot Tasks and Produces 304 Institutional Innovation Achievements

The Information Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province held a news conference to introduce the work of deepening reform and innovation of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone. In addition, the Zone's development achievements in the past three years and the progress in formulating and introducing the Plan for Deepening Reform and Innovation in China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone were also outlined.

At the news conference, Zhang Xingcheng, Deputy Director of the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and Deputy Director of the Office of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, said that in the past three years after the Zone was approved, remarkable achievements have been made in its development by taking institutional innovation as the core and replicability and promotion as the basic requirements. Up to now, all 112 pilot tasks in the Overall Plan have been implemented, and a total of 304 institutional innovation achievements have been produced. Of them, 144 have been replicated and promoted in the whole province, 40 have been recognized and promoted by national ministries and commissions, five have been promoted by the Office of the State Council's Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on Pilot Free Trade Zones, and one has been selected as the national "Best Practice Case".
