On February 9, the Enterprise Service Conference was held in China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area (Qingdao FTZ). At the conference, Qingdao FTZ Comprehensive Talent and Enterprise Service Platform was officially established. It is Shandong's first state-owned group company that adopts the market-oriented operation mechanism and focuses on talent and enterprise services. It will contribute with higher efficiency to a new modern service pattern of "optimizing the business environment, improving the talent ecology, and empowering the development of all industries".

According to Chairman Liu Dechao, the targets of Qingdao Comprehensive Talent and Enterprise Service Group for the year are as follows: First, provide in-depth services for more than 10,000 enterprises, help enterprises raise 160 million yuan, optimize the category of financial service products, and help all the organizations that use its platform obtain a financial permit. Second, introduce more than 6,500 basic talents including undergraduates, masters, and doctors, recommend at least 1,000 talents to advanced manufacturing enterprises, and increase the talent pool of the Qingdao Pilot Free Trade Zone Talents Port by at least 10,000. Third, give full play to the agglomeration effect of the human resources service industry and build an innovative development platform for the industry.
