Combined Value Reaches 908.7 Billion Yuan! Results of 2022 Brand Value Evaluation of Key Industries in Shandong Province Announced

On December 26, Shandong Council for Brand Development announced the results of the brand value evaluation of key industries in Shandong Province in 2022. Among them were Shandong Energy Group Co., Ltd., Weichai Power Co., Ltd., and Inspur Group. In total, 189 brands were released, with their combined value reaching 908.7 billion yuan.

Focusing on Shandong's key industries, China Council for Brand Development and Shandong Council for Brand Development have combined international brand value evaluation methods and national brand value evaluation standards for different industries to evaluate the value of a brand based on comprehensive indicators.

In 2022, 289 brands from 15 industries were submitted for evaluation to Shandong's brand value evaluation campaign. Notably, leading enterprises in most industries were included and the energy and chemical industry, the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry, and the medicine and health industry ranked top three in terms of the number of enterprises released. By city, the brands released this time came from 16 cities in the province, among which Yantai ranked first with 36 enterprises. According to the "2022 China Brand Value Evaluation Information Release" in September, a total of 136 Shandong's brands landed on the list, representing an increase of 35.4% over last year and ranking among the best in all provinces and cities in China.
