2022 Industry Dialogue between Chinese and South Korean Enterprises Successfully Held in Qingdao City

On December 19, the 2022 Industry Dialogue between Chinese and South Korean Enterprises was held in Chengyang District, Qingdao City. Several key projects were signed on site, attracting extensive attention from both China and South Korea.

At the dialogue, the Qingdao Branch of the South Korean Association of South Korean and Chinese Entrepreneurs was established, opening up a new development path for further promoting friendly exchanges between Chinese and South Korean entrepreneurs. Yang Jae-Kyung, President of the Qingdao Branch of the South Korean Association of South Korean and Chinese Entrepreneurs and the Association of South Koreans in Chongqing, said that Qingdao Branch is the first branch of the South Korean Association of South Korean and Chinese Entrepreneurs in China and its aim is to accelerate the construction of an interactive platform for Chinese and South Korean entrepreneurs in Qingdao City and even Shandong Province, promote the consolidation of the resource advantages of Chinese and South Korean enterprises and achieve their coordinated development.

The establishment of the China-South Korea Collaborative Innovation Center for SMEs has also received extensive attention. To be jointly built by the People's Government of Qingdao City's Chengyang District and the South Korean SMEs Support Center, the China-South Korea Collaborative Innovation Center for SMEs will provide "one-stop services" such as space guarantee, supporting resources, and activity support for South Korea's 220,000 and Qingdao's 637,000 SMEs to carry out collaborative innovation and industrial cooperation. Notably, the project's start-up area is about 2,000 square meters. In the early stage, it is planned to introduce 20 South Korean innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises, and regularly hold China-South Korea SME Industry Matchmaking Conference, scientific and technological innovation roadshow, and other activities.
