Shandong\'s Fifth Batch of Provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Communities Released, Focusing on High-quality Industrial Development

The Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province has recently announced the list of the fifth batch of provincial innovation and entrepreneurship communities, which includes five communities. Before that, there were 31 innovation and entrepreneurship communities in Shandong, which have developed 391 key technologies and transferred and transformed 299 major achievements, providing important support for high-quality industrial development.

In the announcement, the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province requires that all innovation and entrepreneurship communities should innovate systems and mechanisms, timely implement fund-raising, use the funds allocated by the province as required, accelerate the use of funds, and ensure the maximum benefits of the funds. It is also required to focus on the development targets and objectives of innovation and entrepreneurship communities, promote synergy between the innovation chain and the industrial chain, tackle key problems in industrial generic technology in an organized way, advance the fulfillment of key tasks such as achievement transformation, enterprise incubation, listed enterprise cultivation, public platform construction, and talent introduction and training, foster emerging industries, support and lead the high-quality development of key industries, drive the rise of industrial clusters, and provide scientific and technological support for the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy and accelerated replacement of old growth drivers with new ones.
