Yantai Human Resources Service Industrial Park Passes National Qualification Evaluation

The human resources service standardization pilot of Yantai Human Resources Service Industrial Park (“the Park”) has passed the national qualification evaluation, marking the success of the pilot building and offering the best practices of Zhifu District in terms of community governance and public service standardization.

Put into operation in 2014, the Park was ratified as a national park by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in May 2016 and is the first national human resources service industrial park in the province and the eighth one nationwide. In recent years, to build a high-standard, dynamic, and distinctive human resources service industrial park, Zhifu District has been building a complete industry chain and an industrial park system featuring “one park and three bases”, while offering supporting policies and services for industrial development, thus upgrading local human resources service industry and bringing about a booming scene. To date, there are more than 1,600 HR professionals in Zhifu District, and 52 companies have settled the Park, generating total business revenue of RMB 13 billion and tax revenue of RMB 300 million.
