Shandong Province “Investment Promotion, Talent Attraction” Medical Security Service Platform for Talents Put into Running

Recently, Shandong Province “Investment Promotion, Talent Attraction” Medical Security Service Platform for Talents was officially put into running, making Shandong become China’s first province that has built the provincial-level “Investment Promotion, Talent Attraction” medical security service platform for talents.

Such a platform can provide full-process, all-weather, and whole-region medical security and health management agency service for “Investment Promotion, Talent Attraction” personnel and their children, spouses, and parents in Shandong Province who hold “Shandong Talent Card” and talent service assurance certificates of all levels.

Focusing on two services (namely, medical security and health management), the platform integrates hotline service with manual service, and combines online service with offline service. Regarding hotline service, the platform has set up a uniform service hotline in the province to take charge of such matters as handling of demands from “Investment Promotion, Talent Attraction” talents, agency service, and quality & efficiency tracking, etc. In addition, the platform provides online service, and has set the “Investment Promotion, Talent Attraction” talent service zone at the WeChat official account “Shandong Internet Big Health”. Besides, the province and 16 subordinate cities, in compliance with the “Convenient, Warm, Normative” standard, have built special offline service sites, or set special service window at the government service center, in order to provide the platform users with service guarantee whenever possible.
